Owner & Creative Director

Array Apparel Group was founded in 2020 by Michelle Mastrangelo, an accomplished Apparel Designer, and leader with over 20 years of working in the fashion industry. Her broad industry knowledge, passion, and work ethic motivated her to start Array Apparel Group to help apparel brands and retailers grow their business. Michelle has vast experience innovating fabrics and design, providing creative direction, as well as overseeing design execution and production for a multi-million dollar manufacturing business. With this expertise, as Owner & Creative Director of Array Apparel Group, Michelle and her team will help clients accelerate their business bringing their creative vision to life.

Array Apparel Group specializes in men’s, women’s, and kid’s apparel design of wovens, cut and sew knits, and sweaters. In particular, she has vast knowledge in the medical uniform industry. Lead by Michelle, Array Apparel Group has the skill set to take your concept to a finished product working side by side in collaboration with you along the way. Our team also specializes in Assortment Planning, Trend Analysis, Competitive Research, Fashion Styling including photoshoots and fashion shows, as well as Visual Merchandising for clothing retailers and Graphic Design work.
